A nationwide construction contractor specialising in new build refurbishment and fitout projects in the retail, leisure, commercial, distribution and office sectors.

We can offer clients a unique solution that will mean we are typically 15% cheaper than the competition and yet still achieve higher margins. We can also offer the client a transparent commercial project management solution.
Who am I ?
I have 25 years experience in construction. I started as a joiner and have climbed the ladder to the role of construction director. I also manage the commercial function. I have delivered projects up to £200million in value. I have delivered national and international roll out projects for some big household name clients. I have a good supplier network and the drive to make this new venture a success.
What am I Looking For ?
I am open to suggestions and I am not dis missing anything at this stage. In an ideal world I would like to find one of the following. Someone who can add value is critical an investment would be nice but not a show stopper.
1) A partner from a sales or commercial quantity surveying background with contacts for potential clients who can either acts as a mentor and make some introductions or someone who can actively work with me to drive the business.
2) An angel investor with some contacts and some money and perhaps access to an office etc.
