Description
We have identified an opportunity to secure a route to vendors and landlords via estate management businesses. We have secured an agreement to act as approved partners for an Estate Management business in South London and an Estate Management business in Surrey who between them manage over 6500 units in central London and Surrey. We estimate that there will be in excess of 650 sales transactions and 2000 rental transactions within a twelve month period - our target is to secure 20% of the overall transactions.
We have acquired a database of 9000 landlords many of whom are based in all parts of Greater London. We are setting up a referral network of agents across London to whom we will refer residential sales and letting businesses in return for referral fees.
We are offering exclusive territories to our partners for a licence fee and 5% of the sales and letting revenues.
We provide:-

• Training and ongoing support.
