I am looking to work with a highly experience business person who is keen to set up and run a new business or expand their existing one on a long term basis. You will need to invest time and money in the business.
I have had extensive experience in the motor trade at various levels ( although my background is in property ) and I know the difficulties of making any new business successful. You will need to bring clients to the business or have a route to immediate profit.
I own a industrial unit in Potters Bar (where the business would be based ) which would be ideal for storage / distribution and I used to run and own a Ducati dealership in the unit
The unit comprises 4 levels , ground , 1st , second and mezz offices to one side and has a total GIA of 4,200 ft sq. The rental is £3,750 per month plus rates of £1300 a month
I will put in half of the start up capital and can work for the business to get it going but I do not wish to be involved “on site “ full time as I have other commitments.
Possible uses could be :
1. Classic car garage
2. Alcohol sales and distribution
3. Import export of anything
More than one business could be based in the unit but I can not split it .
