Remote working has become a new normal for companies during the coronavirus pandemic and companies are realising they need to enhance the digital tools they use to collaborate remotely. This role is to join a brand-new agency/consultancy, who specialise in developing the digital tools needed for companies to collaborate online.
We are looking for someone who can come onboard, part-time (to start), to help drive the company sales. As a new company, we have no previous sales process, so you would be in charge of moulding out a brand-new sales technique to be adopted by the business. This would mainly involve calling companies, finding the decision-makers within them, making new relationships, and selling our services. You would need to be interested in sales and have a natural selling technique and charisma for this role.
As a new company, the base salary for this role is low and will be at an apprentice rate. However, this is a great chance to grow with the business. You will work directly under the company director and as the business grows, the aim will be to take you on full time, becoming sales director and remain in charge of overseeing company sales and business development. We are also offering a huge commission for all sales closed and as the expected quote for each project will be between around £10,000 to £50,000, it is a great chance to make big bonuses, if your sales meet expectations.
As part of this role, you will also be expected to spend some time to learn the business and products we offer, as we are expecting this person to grow into an important part of the business and not just stay at a part-time sales level.
