Hello there!
My name is Tibor I am 27 years old. I am an entrepreneur looking to start my own business again. I have been living in London for 8 years now, 2 years ago I started my own business in the industry specialising in healthy products. My first product was a healthy breakfast but it didn't work well due to the fact that I didn't have enough experience at the time and was naïve. Then I created a fruit and nut shake which didn't sell very well because of a lot of competition and not much of a difference from the other products and it had a short shelf life. From that experience I learned and I developed other products called Mr Nutts shakes. The drink was made from only nuts, seeds and dates. So far I have developed 3 different flavours. I had a good product concept and I used to sell it in independent health shops in London but problem was that the products had a 3 day shelf life, because they were freshly made whatever didn't sell within 3 days would expire and I would lose money from this. To make these products work requires high capital for mass production HPP to extend shelf life and other costs so therefore I stopped with this business.
My previous products didn't work but it was a great learning experience, so I am much wiser now. So therefore I want to start again. I want to do different products and business model but use same brand logo Mr Nutts .
My idea is to sell wide range of nuts based baking ingredients with recipe. Baking fresh dot co dot UK business model but I want to make 10 times better using raw, gluten and dairy free ingredients. Using door mail packaging and create weekly subscription model and sell directly through website.
I am working in a full time job therefore I am looking for a part time business partner based in London from the beginning we could meet once or twice per week ideally after work and more often as business grows .He/she should have knowledge in the food industry baking, creating healthy recipes marketing and branding, running a business and so on...ideally who ran or worked on a similar business in the past. Creativity and original ideas are welcome.
The reason I want to design platform E shop is to cut out middle man supplier and shops and deal directly with customers. This business model there is going to be a challenge with marketing and letting customers know that we exist. Some work is already done name, logo, basic website and I want to use Mr Nutts dot com, social media as well as brand identity related business cards etc .
The company is registered as Mr Nutts Ltd and I am willing to split 40% of the shares for an unclosed amount of investment and equal time and effort put in as me.
My plan is to put money into company account and use it for label design printing design and branding, packaging boxes, calculating nutrition information, picture shot, advertising material, hosting and other things to start with. The idea is to launch website, attract customers create sell and show investor there is a demand for our products and raise more money investor or crowd funding to expand and attract more customers.
