Hi my names Trudy.
I am just posting to offer my services.
I have been in the landscaping industry for 20 years now and have worked my way upto management.
I have such a passion for employees and the business, I am one of them crazy people who thinks about my work and opportunities 24/7
I have a different way of managing things and it works.
When securing work I am me no false images my success rate is 98% when trying to secure new business and I am often described as refreshing.
When it comes down to employees again I treat every single one as a friend I take time to listen to everyone and have amazing feedback.
Basicly I'm trying to blow my own trumpet but do feel I operate differently and it's working.
My only problem is there is always someone above me and I do not always agree with some decisions.
