Before lockdown, I was an entertainment entrepreneur. Entirely and completely, with no backup plan. I co-owned three entertainment industry companies, wrote for a music blog, and managed a Californian musician. When Covid hit, I had to start from scratch.
I've come to understand the importance of a diverse portfolio of businesses and partnerships, and that's why I'm always looking for my next business partner.
Frankly, I don't care if you majored at Oxford and earned a million by 20, or if you dropped out of school at 13 and worked at McDonald's. What I do care about is your potential, as an individual, and your idea's potential, as a company.
