We launched Kin in late 2020, to transform how brands connect and create partnerships, and already count American Express, Beer52, Krispy Kreme, =LV, Readly, Craft Gin Club, Pact Coffee, Underbelly, The Hut Group, Hussle, Powerleague, Ambassador Theatre Group, ODEON, Sky, Crabtree & Evelyn, Naked Wines and Rakuten TV as members.
There are very few active communities or platforms outside of LinkedIn that brands can join to connect with new brand partners, and it’s traditionally been a laborious process.
Kin changes all of that.
We're building a vibrant community of leading consumer brands, to inspire partnerships that positively impact society, popular culture and the brands involved.
Kin cuts out the time and energy brands spend on partner outreach, so they can focus on activating the partnerships and getting the most out of them for everyone involved.

The opportunity
We're looking for a Co-Founder and Business Partner to grow Kin with. Someone who is committed to building the business and sharing in the rewards of that growth.
There is no basic salary with the role, however we can offer a strong commission package and equity in the business.
Premium membership to Kin costs £200/month, and you would receive 75% of revenue in Year 1 and 50% in Year 2 for each new Premium member you bring on board.
We're targeting 100 new Premium members by the end of Year 1 for this role, which would equate to an OTE of £15,000 per month in year 1.
Once established, an attractive salary and commission package will be offered.
We're keen to offer share options in the business too, linked to member acquisition targets.
Your role
Your short term focus will be on attracting new members onto the platform through proven outreach strategies, content marketing and relationship building.
Working with new and existing members to understand their partnership objectives and the brands they're looking to partner with, will guide your outreach strategy and enable you to facilitate connections between members to maximise the value of the platform.
