I am looking for a business partner preferably someone who is also interested in the healthy, organic food production, selling sector.
A couple months ago I ran a cafe with my friends, but they weren't so keen on my expansion ideas, so we have split up and now I would like start up my own new venture around well forgotten traditional method of the food preservation like vegetable pickles which full of alive probiotics and today it's very hard to find.
At home for many years I am making my own Kombucha and experimenting with the different types of sourdough.
I recommend to everyone for a wide variety health reasons to use the food mixed with some good bacteria like a raw apple vinegar or even yogurt ...
