Business partner wanted for start up pet company with fashion/design/ and/or engineering background

After the first national lockdown, I started to develop ideas which I knew would make my life easier as a new cat owner. I came up with the business name, bought the domain name, and, I am in the process of trying to find a suitable logo. I have tested a crude version of this product at home over the past couple of months with very positive results and I have now submitted a patent application. but there are ways in which their product could be varied.
I feel that the idea is novel but incredibly simple, and would be something which would appeal to cat owners in this country, North America and Europe - alongside contributing to a more environmentally friendly home. I see the idea as recession proof to a certain extent because people will always own cats. I am interested in developing a business partnership with someone (who has a fashion/design and/or materials pr engineering background) to bring this vision forward.
The second idea I have would need knowledge of chemical or environmental engineering - none of which I, unfortunately I, have. I am based in East Anglia but do not regard this as an impediment to a potential partnership.
Please note that I am NOT seeking a mentor or a marketing company.
