We are a growing sales and lettings agency in Trafford/ South Manchester. We specialise in investment purchasers, my background is in Architecture and I am able to assist with restoration and renovation projects. The lettings team specialise in HMOs and investment maximisation. We have a professional office and a small team of sales and lettings staff. We are now looking to join forces with another small business owner or experienced business partners. Currently the business as a single director and owning partner, I would like to share the workload and gain alternative views on the business by sharing the business with a partners (various options open to negotiation). This can be an equity or non-equity partner; the main requirement is that the successful candidate hold several years of experience in the property industry. Ideally with some knowledge of lettings management. They should also be driven and ambitious, we are a young firm and as such work hard and constantly come up with novel ideas. We are fun and ready to share what we have with a new member.
