I have built up a niche tax return business over the last ten years generating turnover of around £ 60 000 pa of repeat business but am now looking to retire.
The partner would need a good level of IT knowledge but no previous experience - the business is manic for a three month period and thereafter part time.
I am not looking for up front cash but the successful individual will work in the business drawing a salary and building up equity over a period of years to eventually run the business entirely as majority shareholder.
Home based (I live in Tamworth, Staffordshire) and full "on the job" training will be provided
