Thank you for stopping by and reading my profile. I co own a digital marketing agency called SweetJar Communications which has been running since January 2019. It has been a labour of love and I have had an opportunity to work with a great co-founder who due to personal reasons will be leaving the company as a founder (potentially staying on as a freelancer). With this happening I am keen to explore the potential of a new business partner(s) that can help take Sweetjar to the next level.
Currently we have some great companies that we have been working across the sector with and a lot of these clients has been as a result of word of mouth, we also recently did the business show that gained us some additional clients which has been great.
Sweetjar is about bringing innovation, imagination with great skills together and I truly believe with the right partner we can really stand out and grow successfully.
The role is not a paid role and no investment is required, however there would be shares offered (I will be looking at a salary conversation 6 months into the partnership to enable the opportunity of being full time in the business).
This role would suit someone that is a freelancer/contractor or able to work part time. I am looking for a kindred spirit, someone who understands that it will be a tough climb with lots of late nights and stress, but also its going to fun, rewarding (celebrating the wins is very important).
I would like to work with someone who is fun, super ambitious and passionate, ready to wear many hats and happy to go the extra mile. For me the relationship is key to a successful business and I’m looking for that great partner to do great work with.
